Thank you for your purchase! All sales are final unless item is damaged at no fault of the customer.
Not every design is perfect due to possible machine and human error but I do my best to provide a quality product every time. If there is an issue with your order then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, please return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your exchange. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the exchange after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
I will provide the return label, but customer is responsible for paying shipping of new item. (Unless item was damaged at no fault of their own, then shipping is free)
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
